Role Overview: As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA), you'll provide invaluable support to teachers and pupils, taking on a range of responsibilities to enhance the educational experience. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to lead small group sessions, deliver pre-planned lessons, and contribute to the overall development of pupils.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead small group interventions and deliver focused learning activities under the guidance of the class teacher.
Support the planning and delivery of lessons, including preparing resources and providing assistance to pupils.
Assess pupil progress and provide feedback to teachers, helping to identify areas for improvement and support.
Assist in the management of the classroom environment, ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment for all pupils.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement strategies to support pupils with additional needs or challenges.
Take on additional responsibilities as required, such as supervising lunchtimes or supporting extracurricular activities.Requirements:

Relevant qualifications, including a Level 4 Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) qualification or equivalent.
Experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school setting, with a proven track record of supporting teaching and learning.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents.
Adaptability and flexibility to respond to the changing needs of the school and pupils.
