Position: Project Administrator
Location: Alfreton
Hours: part-time office hours, hybrid working
Salary: £30k-£35k

We're looking for an experienced Project Administrator to manage and organise project documents using Viewpoint, ensuring timely updates and accessibility for the team. This role offers hybrid working, involving various administrative duties to support the wider team as well as coordinating with other departments to ensure projects are on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Manage project documents with Viewpoint.
Ensure timely distribution and retrieval of documents.
Maintain organised and accessible document storage.
Track document versions and revisions.
Updating stakeholders with the latest document
Coordinate with the planning department to align documents with timelines.
Prepare and send project-related documents.
General admin duties such as data entry, filing, and record maintenance.
Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence related to project documentation.
Required Skills and Experience:

Experience as a Document Controller or similar role.
Proficiency in Viewpoint is essential.
Experience working within a construction industry is desirable
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with project planning concepts is a plus.
Effective multitasking and time management.The successful candidate must be able to travel between Nottingham and Alfreton for this position.
