A leading business within their category, this FMCG Business is undergoing an exciting period of growth. They are now looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join them with line management responsibilities across a portfolio of brands.

Description

You will be responsible for:

Developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive brand growth and market share
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to launch new products
NPD from concept to launch
Manage relationships with marketing agencies to ensure consistency in brand messaging
Analysing market trends and competitor activities to inform marketing decisions
Managing the marketing budget to maximise ROIProfile

The successful candidate will have:

Proven experience in creating and executing marketing strategies
Experience within the food or drinks space managing a portfolio of brands
A passion for wellness
Strong leadership skills to inspire and drive a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
An analytical mind with a data-driven approach to decision makingJob Offer

A salary of up to £75,000 is on offer for the successful candidate
