This is a full-time and permanent position.

Responsibilities

* Liaising with both Technical planners and Team Managers ensuring we get to all emergency jobs reactively.

* To ensure that work is recorded, prioritised and scheduled.

* Maximise the effective and efficient delivery of work carried out by the Field Teams.

* Own and drive an efficient schedule.

* Maintain a deliverable schedule.

* Monitor and track the progress of all work released.

* To respond quickly and appropriately to issues in accordance with company policies and procedures.

* To respond quickly and efficiently to queries from the field and from other departments.

* To allocate and co-ordinate work orders.

* Liaise with other planners, schedulers, and site teams.

* Identify any potential hazards.

* Perform other duties as required.

Knowledge and Experience

* Experience of working in a scheduling / planning role.

* Proficiency in MS Office applications.

* Experience working in a busy, fast-paced environment.

* You must have excellent time management, communication, and organisational skills.

Hours are Monday to Friday 8:30 – 5.

Every 1 in 4 weeks you will be expected to be on call until midnight. In return, a day in lieu will be taken.

Salary is £30,000 per annum.
