An excellent opportunity has arisen for a part time Purchase Ledger Administrator in Diss.

Working with a hugely successful, leading Norfolk based business and with a happy, friendly team.

Reporting to the Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for the accounts payable function, with duties including:

Purchase Ledger
Matching invoices to delivery notes and purchase orders
Ensuring all invoices are authorised by the relevant person where there is no purchase order
Coding and processing supplier invoices
Reconciling supplier statements
Taking ownership of and resolving any queries, ensuring the ledger is clean, tidy and reconciled at all times
Dealing with ad-hoc supplier queries 
The successful person will have experience with purchase ledger and have good IT skills.
