Role Overview:
As a Theatre Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to our patients within the theatre setting. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure the smooth and efficient running of theatre services. This role requires strong clinical skills, excellent teamwork, and a commitment to providing patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of the operating theatre and equipment for surgical procedures.
Provide skilled assistance to surgeons and other members of the surgical team during procedures.
Monitor patients throughout surgery, ensuring their safety and wellbeing.
Maintain accurate documentation and records related to patient care.
Adhere to relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
Requirements:

Registered Nurse or ODP with valid registration.
Previous experience working as a Theatre Practitioner.
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of theatre procedures and techniques.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
