We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team based at our Farmstar Brigg Depot The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective communication and excellent customer service.

The main duties of the post are as follows:
- Engage with potential customers to promote products and services
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Meet sales targets and KPIs
- Utilise IT systems for sales tracking and reporting
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers
- Manage time efficiently to balance customer interactions and administrative tasks

To Fulfil This Role You Must Have:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven experience in sales or a customer-facing role
- Proficiency in IT systems for sales tracking and reporting
- Strong negotiation skills
- Effective time management abilities
- Drive to achieve targets and exceed expectations
- Organisational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Previous experience in agriculture is advantageous.
