We are currently recruiting for a passionate and dedicated individual to join the Farmstar Team as a Parts Representative based at our Brigg Depot

As a parts representative you are primarily responsible for facilitating customer needs and dealing with their requirements in a friendly and professional manner. The position requires the ability to communicate efficiently and work closely with others in a fast-paced environment. You will handle the pre-picking of parts for customers, as well as Farmstar’s workshop and sales departments, whilst ensuring regular updates and ETA times on orders. You will also be required to promote offers and seasonal stock to enhance custom and carry out stock checking duties related to the receiving, sale and delivery of parts.

Hours: 40 hours per week (_weekend work is required on a rota basis and extended harvest hours when necessary)_

**The main duties of the post are as follows**:
Promote the company’s Parts department, to ensure customer loyalty and satisfaction

Proactively generate new business through special offers and promotions

Build and maintain excellent supplier relationships and promote best deals on Parts

Assist customers with their orders and ensure effective Parts stock control

Daily picking & despatching of IDT’s as well as receiving of them

Follow up on back-ordered parts, replenish assigned inventory daily

Keep the showroom clean and tidy

Take part in the company’s stock check once yearly

Receiving of external supplier parts in when required and calling customers to ensure they know their parts have arrived

To undertake any necessary training to ensure best practice

**To Fulfil This Role You Must Have**:
The ability to build and maintain strong working relationships and create excellent rapport with customers & suppliers

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

IT Literate with a keen eye for detail

An excellent telephone manner

Strong self-motivation and a good use of initiative

Ability to work well in a team

Ability to sell products and services

Demonstrate analytical capabilities

Strong organisational skills

Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills
