What you'll be doing:

This role will be to support the development and refinement of the corporate business plan, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and business priorities:

* Assist in the development and refinement of the organisation's corporate business plan, ensuring alignment with strategy.

* Coordinate the integration of functional plans into the overarching corporate business plan.

* Co-ordinate the development of comprehensive resource planning models for forecasting and scenario analysis

* Maintain comprehensive visibility into resource capacity across People’s Partnership.

* Provide planning frameworks and templates to support the development of functional plans in a cohesive manner

* Analyse internal data and trends to inform production of corporate reporting

What we’re looking for:

* Degree level or equivalent experience.

* Substantial experience of planning at a corporate level

* Good knowledge and understanding of the financial service industry and products, particularly pensions.

* Understanding of transformation projects and processes

* Excellent written and presentational communication skills.

* Capable of understanding complex issues and articulating in simple terms.
