We are a Global manufacturing company based in Hook and due to extra workload, we are currently seeking a Finance Administrator to start asap on an ongoing temporary basis for a minimum of 6 weeks but this may be extended. Working as part of a team of 3 with the Finance and Accounts team, you will be assisting with a range of finance and accounts tasks. You should have proven experience within a similar role and be happy to commit to an ongoing temporary contract.  The role is working full time hours Monday to Thursday 8.30am – 5pm and Friday 8am – 3pm, receiving an hourly rate of up to £17 per hour depending on experience plus holiday pay accrual with access to free onsite parking. We offer weekly pay and the opportunity to start asap joining a well established company.

Reporting into the Financial Controller and working alongside one other team member, as the Finance Administrator your role will be varied and very much driven by the desires of what needs doing within the finance team. The role will mainly focus on but not limited to:

Create and update spreadsheets of daily transactions.
Assist with accounts receivable and payable.
Review and process reimbursements
Keep records of invoices
Identify and address account discrepancies.
To be suitable for this role you will need to have previous experience in a similar role and have worked with an ERP system such as xero or sage. You will have excellent numerical skills, be proficient with all MS office packages and have the ability to communicate across all stakeholders of the business, with some external liaisons.
