* Mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support to help them grow their skills and expertise.

* Stay abreast of emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in web development, and advocate for their adoption where appropriate.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.

* Precisely 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in web development, with a strong focus on the Laravel framework.

* Expertise in Laravel, PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and related web technologies.

* Deep understanding of MVC design patterns, object-oriented programming principles, and software architecture concepts.

* Proven track record of successfully delivering complex web projects on time and within budget.

* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

* Experience with version control systems such as Git and proficiency in using development tools and IDEs.

* Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a passion for continuous learning and improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Familiarity with front-end frameworks/libraries such as Vue.js or React.

* Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure and experience with containerization technologies like Docker.

* Understanding of Agile development methodologies and experience working in Agile teams
