A fantastic opportunity to work for a large M&E Service Provider who are recruiting for a mobilisation engineer any bias covering sites across the uk. This is a permanent position paying a salary of up to £42,000 per annum depending on experience. Overtime opportunities and fantastic opportunities for career progression.

Job Role:

Engineers are expected to be very technically strong with great fault finding abilities and a desire to work in a demanding yet rewarding environment assisting in the mobilisation of new and existing contracts.

The role of a mobilisation Engineer is to carry out the servicing and reactive repairs to electrical & minor mechanical services. Additionally, the engineer will be expected to assist other trades as directed by the mobilisation manager.

Carry out routines unsupervised (PPM and reactive), diagnose and repair faults on electrical and building services (L8, AHU maintenance, fire alarms, lighting testing, lighting repairs, pumps, motors, heating system fault finding and awareness (Heat exchangers, actuators, pipe work). Undertake risk assessments as and when required within the business. Assist in the support of the Pre-Qualification and Tender responses when required, assist review the data issued by the client at tender and mobilisation stages and report on gap.

Relevant work experience includes but is not limited to:

* Emergency lighting

* AHU’s, FCU’s

* Pumps, Motors

* Fans, Belts, Filters

* Cooling towers, pressurisation unites

* Generators

* General maintenance

Skills Required:
The successful candidate must have:

* With at least 3 years experience in M&E building services

* Full UK CLEAN Driving Licence

* 18th edition

* City & Guilds level 3 in either electrical or mechanical qualification

* Must be well presented with good interpersonal skills as this is a client facing role
