Area Sales Executive

Swift Placements are recruiting for a market leader in their field. They are looking for an experienced Area Sales Executive to join them on a permanent basis

Focusing on a variety of business you will prospect new clients whilst maintaining long term relationships with current contractors. The role covers a large area including the East and South of England, the ideal candidate will be based within 45 minutes of London.

Key Duties:

* Identify new business opportunities and prospecting clients.

* Follow up on sales leads.

* Liaise with existing customers and develop new relationships.

* Account management.

* Customer visitations to demonstrate products.

* Interpret sales reports and identify commercial markets and product opportunities.

* Participate in team sales meetings and share product / market knowledge.

* Work with in-house Design team to develop new products.

* Plan and prioritise a territory.

Experience:

* Previous sales experience covering large areas of the UK.

* Previous experience with field sales.

* Experienced utilising sales strategies to establish new clients.

* High level of experience and training in sales.

* Experienced selling products, upselling products and providing demonstrations.

* Experience selling physical stock not services.

* Strong admin, organisational and time management skills.

* A genuine interest towards developing a career in account management.

* Clean UK driving licence.
