Description
The Credit Control Assistant duties include:
Set up new customer records
Using multiple portals for invoices
Chase outstanding remittances.
Allocation of remittances onto system
Weekly age debt reports
Chasing outstanding payment by telephone
Set up payment plans
Work towards month-end deadlines Profile
The candidate MUST have:
Relevant experience in a credit control assistant/administrative role.
Patience with the ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
To be confident negotiator, able to interact with customers with a profession yet persuasive approach.
Able to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
Excellent administrative ability.
Good attention to detail.
Able to work effectively as a member of a teamJob Offer
