Our partner is looking for a Software Engineer to join their highly skilled team of engineers dedicated to developing cutting-edge electro-optical systems and image processing software.

Key Responsibilities: for the Software Engineer:

Design, develop, and test application software for video capture, processing, and system control, including user interfaces.
Provide technical support and integration assistance to international customers.
Generate and review system specification documents.
Prepare test documentation and unit tests in a continuous integration environment.
Perform bug fixing. 
Key Skills & Experience for the Software Engineer:

Essential:

Degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Mathematics, Physics, or a related discipline.
Experience in C++ application development for Windows or Linux using IDEs like Microsoft Visual Studio.
Enthusiastic team player with the ability to work independently.
Adaptable in a fast-changing agile environment. Desirable:

Experience with Electro Optic Sensors such as TV and IR cameras.
Experience in video processing or developing computer vision algorithms.
Development of graphical user interfaces using OpenGL.
Knowledge of CUDA, OpenCV, and other GPU computing technologies.
Understanding of AI/ML techniques, including deep learning.
Familiarity with network and serial-based communication protocols.
Experience deploying and debugging software on real-world hardware solutions.
Understanding of closed-loop control systems.
Video streaming application development.
Experience working directly with customers. Work-Life Balance:

Security Clearance Requirements:
