We have a bustling community of 700 pupils and operate a 4-form entry system, ensuring small class sizes and personalised attention for every student. Our modern building is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, set in beautiful grounds that provide an inspiring environment for learning and play.

Our curriculum is rich and diverse, with a special focus on STEM, arts, and sports. We offer a plethora of after-school activities ranging from coding clubs and drama to sports leagues and music ensembles. We are also dedicated to supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) through our comprehensive SEN programs and a team of skilled teaching assistants (TAs).

About the role:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic KS1 Teacher to join our exceptional team. This role has become available due to the expansion of our team to meet the growing needs of our student population. The position is full-time, with a competitive daily salary of £160-£210.

In this role, you will be leading a Year 1 class of around 25 pupils, with the support of a full-time TA. This position stands out due to our low student-teacher ratio, the supportive and collaborative nature of our team, and the opportunity to make a significant impact on young learners’ lives.

Application Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

• Experience teaching in Key Stage 1.

• Strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum.

• Excellent classroom management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning and delivering engaging lessons in accordance with the KS1 curriculum.

• Assessing and tracking student progress.

• Providing differentiated instruction to meet the needs of all students.

• Collaborating with colleagues and participating in staff meetings and professional development.
