Application Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - must be achieved or expected by the start date.
• Passion for KS1 Education - a strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and a desire to make a positive impact.
• Commitment to Professional Development - eagerness to grow and develop as an educator within a supportive environment.
• Enhanced DBS Check - required before the start of the role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and execute well-structured lesson plans that align with the KS1 curriculum.
• Regularly assess student progress, provide feedback, and adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs.
• Establish a warm, inclusive, and motivating atmosphere that encourages student participation and growth.
• Work closely with other teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure the best outcomes for your students.
