JOB TITLE: Quality Assurance & Compliance Manager

LOCATION: Maidstone, Kent

SALARY: £40,000 to £45,000

HOURS: 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday

Look no further Our client, a dynamic and fast-growing company in the medical industry, is seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join their team as a Quality and Service Manager.

What will you be doing?

You will be responsible for developing and implementing quality management strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure that the organisation consistently meets or exceeds customer expectations.
You will collaborate with various teams to identify areas for improvement, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
You will lead the implementation of effective service delivery and customer care initiatives, ensuring that service levels are consistently met and exceeded.
You will drive continuous improvement efforts across the organisation, analysing customer feedback, and identifying opportunities to enhance quality and service.
You will be responsible for managing a team of dedicated professionals, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure they deliver exceptional service.
To carry out investigations into all accidents and near-miss incidents, and to record the findings on the relevant forms
To recommend and implement control measures and advise on the standards of P.P.E. issued to employeesWhat are they looking for?

Auditing experience is essential, ideally in a Lead role
A proven track record in a highly regulated position, understanding the need for quality and compliance
Experience using Quality Management Systems
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve exceptional results
