Quality Assurance & Compliance Specialist
WORKING HOURS:
8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday

Are you dedicated to providing outstanding service and maintaining superior quality standards? Our client, a vibrant and rapidly expanding entity in the healthcare sector, is in search of a skilled and motivated individual to become part of their team as a Quality Assurance & Compliance Specialist.
Your primary responsibilities will include the formulation and execution of quality management frameworks, policies, and procedures to guarantee that the organization consistently meets or surpasses client expectations.
You will work collaboratively with diverse teams to pinpoint areas needing enhancement, perform root cause analyses, and implement corrective and preventive measures.
You will spearhead the execution of effective service delivery and customer support initiatives, ensuring that service benchmarks are consistently achieved and exceeded.
You will champion ongoing improvement initiatives throughout the organization, evaluating customer feedback and identifying opportunities to elevate quality and service.
You will oversee a team of committed professionals, offering direction, support, and training to ensure they provide exceptional service.
A proven history in a highly regulated environment, with a solid understanding of quality and complianceExperience with Quality Management Systems
