This is a newly created role to support their growth, and will be focused on providing a proactive approach to employee relations and enhancing HR capabilities:
Core Responsibilities:
* Employee Relations Management: Handle complex ER cases with a strategic approach, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
* HR Projects: Lead and contribute to a range of people projects, rewards and recognition. Career mapping and engagement.
* People collaboration: Work closely with management and employees to provide expert HR guidance and support.
* Policy Development: Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that support our sustainability and growth objectives.
Ideal Person Fit:
* Proven experience in HR, with a strong focus on employee relations and case management (complex cases)
* In-depth understanding of HR practices / Employment legislation (having European Employment law insight would desirable)
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to handle sensitive issues and influence effectively
* CIPD Level 5 or above
* A proactive and innovative mindset, able to work at pace and manage multiple deadlines.
