As part of our ambitious growth plans, we’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Installs to lead our northern operations.
The Role:
As the Head of Installs for East Anglia, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation operations across our northern territories. Leading a team of approximately 200 skilled professionals, you will ensure that our installations are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality. Your role will be critical in driving performance, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leadership & Management: Lead, inspire, and manage a team of around 200 installation staff, including engineers, supervisors, and administrative support, ensuring they meet performance targets and KPIs.
* Operational Excellence: Oversee all installation activities in the northern region, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
* Strategic Planning: Work closely with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans that align with our company goals and drive growth in the region.
* Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
* Health & Safety: Ensure all operations comply with relevant health and safety regulations, fostering a culture of safety across the team.
* Customer Focus: Ensure a customer-centric approach, driving high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service delivery.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven track record in a senior installation or operations management role within the energy, utilities, Telecoms or related sector, with experience managing a large team (circa 200 staff).
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team across multiple locations.
* In-depth understanding of installation processes, project management, and health & safety regulations.
* Ability to think strategically and implement plans that align with broader business objectives.
* A strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service and improving customer satisfaction.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
