MC Technical Recruitment is currently looking to recruit a HVAC Technician. The role is best suited for an experienced HVAC Technician to join a company in Stevenage.
As the HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for:
Following work schedules as per site policies, schedules, and procedures
Troubleshoot problems with equipment
Flexibility to work on equipment across all buildings
Able to work around Maintenance shutdowns
Take part in Audits of the Air Conditioning plant, carry out Risk Assessments of Equipment
Update Maintenance task lists, ensure that the CMMS system contains up to date information
Other duties as required
To be considered for this role you should have:
A relevant qualification in Air Conditioning/HVAC(City & Guilds/Btec/HNC etc)
Experience of carrying out troubleshooting and repairs on electrical systems and related mechanical equipment
A good understanding of utilities systems
Proven experience carrying out preventive maintenance and updating systems as required
Ability to read and understand technical drawings
