This is a well established charity that provides a variety of services supporting women, men & children who have been victims of abuse. They access the community to support victims as part of commissioned contracts to offer a holistic & trauma informed to these individuals.
Your new role
The purpose of this Support Worker vacancy is to bring about lasting change in how individuals with multiple and complex needs are supported within safe accommodation. You will provide assertive, specialist, personalised interventions and group work, and will work with service users & partners to provide tailored support and care, to enable individuals to realise their aspirations.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will provide a high-quality frontline service to both female and male victims of Modern Slavery (international human trafficking) and their children within the West Midlands area. You will be involved in all aspects of case management including: risk assessment, needs assessment, journey planning, outcomes and case review when supporting clients through their recovery and reflection period. You will also be involved in all aspects of accommodation, including; health and safety, requesting maintenance support, ensuring fire safety etc.
