The Company

Axon Moore is partnering with a well established & market leading FMCG business in West Manchester who have exciting plans for the near future. The business is rich in history & they really pride themselves on providing the very best service to their customers.

Salary - £40k-£45k + Study package

Location – Trafford area

Hybrid – 3 days in the office, 2 working from home.

Responsibilities will include:

Completing costings of New Business Enquiries to enable Commercial team to make effective quotations.
Process and look for solutions to aged stock issues.
Monitoring the Commercial Customer Support budget to ensure that it is used effectively.
Undertake ad-hoc analysis work for Head of Business Partnering.
Price verification for SOP/Customer Services
Full responsibility for the provision of profit margin information to the Commercial Team.
Implement robust reporting and controls to ensure that all misc. income is correctly recorded.
Facilitate BPI projects with accurate and effective financial appraisals to improve profitability.
Support commercial teams with financial modelling of annual prices increases that recover prime cost changes.
Assist with business growth strategies providing accurate costing information to generate product and brand verticals to aid with New Business Enquiries.
Propose pricing decisions to facilitate the clearance of stock and identify potential solutions for aged stock issues.  

Person Specification:

CIMA/ACCA Part Qualified/Finalist
Experience working with different departments... Sales, Marketing etc.
SAP experience highly desirable.
Strong Excel skills.
FMCG/Manufacturing experience would be highly desirable
