National remit – Home based with travel

Successful candidates will be based from home - Ideally based in the southern part of the North, as you will cover from Middlesbrough down to Suffolk, and from Manchester across to Whitby

My client is a growing provider of high dependency, complex care supported living services, and is looking for an experienced and ambitious Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Practitioner to join their team of professionals.

This is a brand new and exciting role for someone to join the organisation. You will get investment in your own development, mentoring and support, and a chance to take on leadership if you so wish, as the team grows.

The ideal candidate will be:

-someone with extensive positive behaviour approach experience, able to do functional behaviour analysis and write PBS plans.

-preferably already achieved or working towards a level 4 PBS qualification

-understanding of MCA/DoLS, Restraint Reduction, Human Rights, Creating capable environments, Trauma Informed Care, Positive Behaviour Support and Supporting Behaviours of concern

- experienced in dealing with complex situations, working in partnership with external organisations, families and the individuals you support.

- will be a member of the MDT supporting the operational teams across the country,

This role is home based with travel to sites across the country when required.
