As a Junior System Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimising IT infrastructure. You will assist with the day-to-day management of systems, provide hardware support, and perform basic database administration tasks. This role is ideal for an enthusiastic individual who is eager to learn and develop their skills in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and maintain servers, networks, and systems to ensure optimal performance.
Implement security measures to protect data, software, and hardware.
Provide support for hardware issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
Assist with the setup and deployment of new hardware for staff.
Perform basic database administration tasks such as backups, restores, and monitoring.
Assist in the management and maintenance of database systems to ensure data integrity and availability.
Support the development and implementation of database policies and procedures.
Manage social media and marketing channels, embracing new technology and software.Qualifications and Skills:

A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
