Office Assistant

The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the office by providing comprehensive administrative support. Responsibilities will include facilitating communication between departments and managing a variety of tasks with professionalism and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Answer phones and direct calls with a positive attitude and an energetic work ethic
- Provide office guests with a hospitable experience
- Order office supplies and provide inventory control system
- Research and create presentations (lifestyle: shops, hotels, restaurants, travel, luxury goods, etc.)
- Ensure that all office equipment (printers, shredders, etc.) are in order
- Assist with organizing office events and birthdays
- Assist Project Coordinators with maintaining good working relationships with suppliers of luxury goods and services
- Luxury shopping
- Luxury travel arrangements
- Other concierge services
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Russian
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work, even under pressure
- Accuracy and reliability, attention to detail
- Tact and diplomacy
- Flexibility and commitment
- Experience in a travel agency would be a bonus
