In response to the expansion of programs, Saintéloc Racing is seeking a Logistic Manager to join their dynamic team. This pivotal role involves overseeing administrative tasks within the logistics unit and organization. Here are the key responsibilities and qualifications:

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Trips & Events:
    • Arrange business trips and events for team members, contractors, and drivers.
    • Book flights, hotels, and vehicles efficiently.
    • Manage logistics for pool cars and vans.
  2. Equipment Preparation:
    • Prepare clothing and driver equipment for test and race events.
    • Ensure timely distribution of event movement schedules (test and race).
  3. Facility Booking and Invoices:
    • Book facilities at circuits, workshops, offices, and catering venues.
    • Handle budget control by managing invoices.
    • Maintain accurate personnel files for traveling staff.
  4. Expense Claims and Credit Card Management:
    • Process employee expense claims.
    • Manage credit card statements related to logistics.
  5. Emergency Assistance and Availability:
    • Provide on-call responses to queries, including emergency assistance.
    • Be flexible with working hours and perform well under pressure.

Qualifications:

  • Education: University degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Work Experience: Minimum 2 years in an international company, preferably in logistics administration.
  • Motorsports Experience: Previous exposure to motorsports logistics is advantageous.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in both written and spoken French and English (additional European languages, especially Spanish, are advantageous).
  • Effective Communication: Ability to communicate effectively within a dynamic team.
  • Flexibility: Adaptability to varying working hours and high-pressure situations.
