We are looking for a  Procurement Manager – Indirects  to join our thriving Procurement team. You willplay a key role in developing procurement strategies that align with our business objectives. You'll implement risk management strategies, build relationships internally and externally, and drive our Enriching Life Plan.

As our next Procurement Manager - Indirects, you'll be at the forefront of procurement, driving our company's growth. Your responsibility is cost-effective procurement and building supplier relationships. This role is crucial for our sustainability and cost-saving initiatives.

You will be responsible for Procurement across different categories including.

Frozen/cold storage International Shipping MHE & Forklift trucks Pallets and chilled logistics

Exposure to Energy, ETS (Emissions Trading Scheme) and transport & warehousing would be an advantage.

To excel in this role, you'll need ambition, enthusiasm, and excellent communication skills. We're looking for someone determined and eager to promote new ideas. Adaptability and a drive to achieve more are essential. This role is perfect for a motivated team player. You'll be responsible for managing specific procurement categories. Efficiently procuring energy resources and managing contracts is your focus. You'll also negotiate, manage vendors, and optimize costs.

The Key Requirements...

Experienced in Indirect Procurement Provide a deep understanding of markets and supply chains. To identify, negotiate and implement collaborative relationships with key suppliers where appropriate. Negotiate and implement complex/high risk contracts, through a range of tendering processes to meet business needs.

As a Procurement Manager - Indirects, you need ambition, enthusiasm, and excellent communication skills. Your responsibility is to efficiently manage energy procurement. The main focus is driving savings and optimizing supplier relationships. You have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our company's bottom line.
