Our client helps the global regulatory industry interrogate complex reporting data using technology, machine learning and AI.

Due to expansion and global contract sales they are looking to appoint a Renewals Administrator. This will be a pivotal role in helping the business to manage renewals of SaaS contract licences, analyse customer data, and use it to ensure client success and effective reporting of renewal revenue.

Reporting to the Sales Operations Head, the role will have the responsibility of servicing the annual renewal process across the whole client base. The role will require you to bring experience of best practice from elsewhere, as well as a creative - and tenacious - approach to driving change and improvement of the process.

Ideally you have already had a minimum of 3+ years experience of supporting software sales environments in a Business Administration or Sales Administration / Operations environment. You are highly proficient with SalesForce.com. You have well developed capabilities at problem solving and crafting efficient processes. You are also results and success oriented, conveying a sense of urgency and ability to drive issues to closure.
