Knightsbridge is one of the UK’s leading business sales brokers, offering a comprehensive, nationwide service to business owners who are selling their business. We are part of the K3 Capital Group (recently acquired by the US PE firm Sun Capital). With an HQ based in Bolton, our business is growing and we are now seeking a competent Inbound Sales / Customer Service Advisor to join our busy team.

Our team of Inbound Sales / Customer Service Advisors playa vital part of our sales process and the work you will carry out in this role is pivotal to our success. Whilst we aren't looking for someone who has done this before, what we do seek are people with energy, who can work at pace, with the highest levels of professionalism and customer service (to both our Client's and our internal partners).

Responsibilities include

  • Handling inbound sales enquiries from potential Clients (small business owners) 
  • Giving advice, guidance and explanation of the business sale process, whilst continually reassuring Clients of discretion and professionalism throughout
  • Appointment setting for our experienced Commercial Directors, who are located across the UK

What you can bring

  • Brilliant communication & relationship building skills
  • Prior sales (ideally B2B, but B2C is also of interest)
  • A proven track record of exceeding targets and working to KPI's
  • The ability to manage your own time and diary, often in a highly demanding, fast paced environment
  • Strong literacy/numerical skills
  • Bags of energy, drive, determination, commitment and ambition
  • We will reward you with a fantastic basic salary, and uncapped commission structure. Basic salary is determined by your level of experience but starts at £25k to £27k. On target earnings including bonus is £40k, however our commission structure is uncapped (Top earner £45k+)
  • Team nights – Fazenda and Flight Club? The Ivy and Crystal Maze? We like to celebrate success
  • Charity Events
  • You’ll be working 8.30am-5.30pm Monday to Thursday, and we finish at 3pm on Fridays, no weekends or evenings
  • Christmas Shutdown

Once you have joined our Knightsbridge team, you will receive  comprehensive , on the job training and development. We are actively interviewing, so please do not hesitate in applying today 

Basic Salary £25k-27k (Dependant on experience), OTE 40k (Uncapped)
