Customer Service and Training Administrator

An exciting new opportunity has opened at the Isle of Wight’s go-to furniture stores We are looking for someone to join our office team as Customer Service Advisor, in Lake.
Your key duties & responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Open and maintain customer service records and information.
Manage incoming calls.
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
Go the extra mile to engage with customers via telephone and email.
Work with suppliers to resolve matters to our customer's satisfaction.
Skills we are looking for:
Someone confident working on computers and talking on the phone.
Basic knowledge of Excel & Word is a must.
Capable of working as part of a team to build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues
Knowledge of Content Management Systems would be advantageous but is not essential as full training will be given.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to show initiative.
Ability to work well under pressure and prioritise workloads.
Previous experience in a customer service role would be desirable but not essential.
