Lead that team in executing innovative B2B marketing campaigns across all platforms including digital and multimedia.
Foster a collaborative creative environment, encouraging the team to contribute ideas and push creative boundaries.
Work closely with Client Services and Strategy teams to develop creative offerings that align with their goals.
Provide strategic guidance and creative direction throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring quality standards and deadlines.
Serve as a key client-facing representative, effectively articulating creative concepts to clients.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Design, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
~8-10 years experience in design and art direction within a B2B/B2C agency or related industry.
~ Exceptional portfolio showcasing a diverse range of B2B marketing campaigns and projects.
~ Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate client objectives into compelling creative concepts.
~ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software.
~ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
