As the Creative Director, you'll guide the aesthetic direction for our US-focused brand. Your role is crucial in creating a brand aesthetic that resonate with our target market, boosting brand recognition and sales across the US market. You'll collaborate with our global team to design campaigns that enhance brand appeal for shoppers and ensure aesthetic is aligned across digital, print and promotional collateral.

Essential Duties:

  • Pioneer innovative strategies for the brands, inspiring teams to exceed expectations in the American market
  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, articulating ideas that align with US consumer preferences.
  • Orchestrate engaging promotional concepts across US-relevant platforms, including e-commerce, social media, and US-based physical locations.
  • Transform briefs into visually captivating content
  • Supervise the creative process, ensuring consistency with brand standards and market expectations.
  • Stay ahead of US retail trends, continuously innovating to set brands apart in the competitive American market.
  • Shape visual elements and communication style to resonate with US demographics.
  • Efficiently manage projects and resources, coordinating across time zones with US-based teams.

  • Proficiency in managing relationships across cultural and geographic boundaries.
  • Extensive background in brand development for the retail sector.
  • Deep understanding of consumer behavior, cultural trends, and retail landscape.
  • Ability to work with frequent communication with US-based teams and clients.
