Responsibilities

  • Relevant industry experience is preferred
  • Knowledge of UK property rental trends and property management regulations
  • Familiar with the UK property rental process
  • Extensive understanding of the UK rental market
  • Languages: Chinese, English
  • Possession of a full UK driving license
  • ARLA or equivalent accreditation is preferred

Qualifications

  • Arrange client viewings and follow up with rental process
  • List and update the property details on marketing portals 
  • Provide regular feedback to clients with high-quality customer service
  • Keep up with rental market trends and review property rental prices
  • Collaborate and participate in company marketing videos
  • Assisting the team in completing necessary work tasks
