This is a fantastic opportunity to join The Benefits Lab which is a brand within our respected and established financial planning business, Citygate Financial Planning. We support organisations of all shapes and sizes with their employee benefits, wellbeing and reward and recognition schemes. Working alongside our Employee Benefits Account Manager, this role assists with a range of administration duties in addition to client management, retention and new business tasks including:
Building rapport with clients and gaining an understanding of their motivations and requirements.
Previous experience working in an employee benefits administration or pensions financial planning IFA support role.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbally and in writing).
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and electronic diary management.
Income protection, death in service and private medical insurance and salary sacrifice pension scheme. This is a permanent role, with full-time working hours between Monday and Friday (although we finish at 4pm on Fridays).
There is also the ability to work remotely for part of the week as the team operates on a hybrid basis. We support and encourage the continuous professional development of our team and so will cover the costs of any relevant training and qualifications you may wish to undertake to further develop your career.
