Temporary Credit Control Manager

Reporting directly to the Head of Finance and Director, you will oversee a team of 4 Credit Controllers. This role is ideal for individuals seeking a dynamic work environment and are driven to achieve results.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading and organizing the credit control team, providing development and guidance.
Close monitoring and management of team efficiency.
Pursuing payment for old and overdue debts.
Minimizing the debt list and reducing write-offs.
Delivering exceptional customer service both internally and externally.
Handling escalated customer queries, resolving disputes, and fostering relationships.
Ideally, we are looking for candidates who are CICM qualified with over 3 years of experience managing a credit control team in a similar fast-paced setting.
