Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and organizing the credit control team, providing development and guidance.
  • Close monitoring and management of team efficiency.
  • Pursuing payment for old and overdue debts.
  • Minimizing the debt list and reducing write-offs.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service both internally and externally.
  • Handling escalated customer queries, resolving disputes, and fostering relationships.


Ideally, we are looking for candidates who are CICM qualified with over 3 years of experience managing a credit control team in a similar fast-paced setting.
