Credit Control Manager

Reporting directly to the Head of Finance and Director, you will oversee a team of 4 Credit Controllers. This role is ideal for individuals seeking a dynamic work environment and are driven to achieve results.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and organizing the credit control team, providing development and guidance.
- Close monitoring and management of team efficiency.
- Pursuing payment for old and overdue debts.
- Minimizing the debt list and reducing write-offs.
- Delivering exceptional customer service both internally and externally.
- Handling escalated customer queries, resolving disputes, and fostering relationships.
Ideally, we are looking for candidates who are CICM qualified with over 3 years of experience managing a credit control team in a similar fast-paced setting.
