Our client, a highly respected multi-office law firm with a strong presence across Yorkshire, is seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join their thriving Commercial team at their modern York office. As an Employment Solicitor, you'll manage a diverse and engaging caseload covering the full spectrum of both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters. Managing discrimination and whistleblowing claims
Representing clients in unfair dismissal and wrongful dismissal claims
Preparing for and conducting Employment Tribunal advocacy
This role offers excellent variety, working with both employer and employee clients, and the chance to develop your expertise across all areas of employment law.

Solicitor with 5+ years' PQE in employment law (or relevant industry experience)
Proven experience managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
Commercial mindset with a practical, solutions-focused approach to legal advice
Employment Tribunal advocacy experience
Familiarity with employment law software and case management systems
