About the RoleAs an Employment Solicitor, you'll manage a diverse and engaging caseload covering the full spectrum of both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters. You'll have the autonomy to develop strong client relationships, provide strategic advice, and make a tangible impact within a growing practice area.Your responsibilities will include:Drafting and advising on contracts of employment and service agreementsManaging discrimination and whistleblowing claimsHandling disciplinary and grievance proceduresNegotiating and preparing settlement agreementsAdvising on TUPE transfers and restructuringRepresenting clients in unfair dismissal and wrongful dismissal claimsPreparing for and conducting Employment Tribunal advocacyProviding strategic advice on redundancy and workforce reorganisationThis role offers excellent variety, working with both employer and employee clients, and the chance to develop your expertise across all areas of employment law.
