Bridge Recruitment Ltd currently has exciting opportunities for both an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor and a Residential Property Solicitor to join their client’s firm. Locations are flexible with opportunities available in Selby, York, Malton orPickering.

Your new role as a Property Solicitor
- Ensuring services are provided in a timely fashion and to the standard expected by the firm according to the firm’s Service Pledge
- Conducting your own cases and supporting other Legal Advisors in providing advice and representation for the firm’s clients
- Developing and maintaining your own knowledge to ensure the proper standard of service can be provided at all times
- Assisting the Directors with implementing the firm’s strategy
- Building strong relationships with colleagues, clients and external stakeholders alike

About you
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients
- Excellent communication skills when dealing with all levels of clients, agents and work colleagues
- A strong understanding of the range and type of clients you may deal with and how to address their needs
