A rare remote working opportunity has arisen with a leading Investments client

Who are looking to bring a Commercial Manager in to join a tight knit remote team in a newly created role as they head into a busy period within the company. With a strong Director and a small team around you, you will have the chance to explore relationships with SLT as you coach and lead the business on the commercial strategy. You will become both a confidant to both the juniors within your team as they aid your day to day work as well as the wider business as you guide them through decisions regarding; risk, forecasting and supplier cost management.

The client in question would like you as the Commercial Manager to ideally have worked in a similar environment within the wider Financial Services experience as the contracts you will take ownership of are located as part of a client facing and technical area of the business. For the right candidate there is plenty of potential for progression as the team grows and shifts, there is also an incredibly welcoming culture where employees are encouraged to develop through learning, secondments and promotions.

Coming into this role, it would be preferred if you had exposure to areas such as; contract law, negotiating with suppliers, understanding changes in contract lifecycles, confident in navigating risks and being able to explain these topics to the business in a digestible way.
