Our client is a well-established leader in delivering civil engineering contracts across Scotland and the North of England, with a robust portfolio in both the public and private sectors. Specialising in highways, road resurfacing, and various civil engineering projects, the company is poised for continued growth and success.
As the Contract Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping the future trajectory of the company. Client Relationship Management:
Develop and sustain strong relationships with new and existing clients, including local councils, construction contractors, and private sector entities.
Serve as the primary contact, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
Proactively seek and capitalise on commercial opportunities to increase revenue and market share.
Ensure accurate and prompt financial transactions.
Resource Management:
Coordinate and schedule new hires based on resource availability and project timelines to meet client demands and optimise operational efficiency.
A minimum of a degree or HND in civil engineering or a related field.
Previous experience in managing civil engineering projects.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring seamless execution and optimal resource allocation.
Strong commercial acumen, demonstrating a strategic approach to project operations for successful financial outcomes.
