We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Director to lead our sales strategy and drive revenue growth. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans, managing a high-performing sales team, and expanding our market presence globally. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SaaS sales and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture. Present our solutions effectively, demonstrating how our software can address their specific requirements.
Pipeline Management: Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring consistent lead generation, qualification, and conversion. Monitor and report on key sales metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Success teams to align sales efforts with product offerings and market positioning. Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes that may impact sales strategies. Utilize this knowledge to refine and adapt the sales approach.
Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations with prospective clients, ensuring that agreements are mutually beneficial and aligned with our business objectives.

Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in software sales, with at least 3-5 years in a senior sales management role. Experience in software or related fields is highly desirable.
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B SaaS environment. Experience in closing high-value deals and managing long sales cycles.
Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team. Experience in building and scaling sales teams is a plus.
Understanding of processes and familiarity with Microsoft 365 or similar platforms is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.
