As an Agricultural and Rural Estates Loss Adjuster, you will: Conduct on-site investigations of loss or damage to agricultural and rural estate properties. Analyse the scope and origin of loss and determine equitable settlements. Collaborate closely with clients, insurance agents, and relevant stakeholders to facilitate claims resolution. Offer expert counsel and guidance on risk mitigation strategies specific to rural estates. Generate comprehensive reports and meticulously document insurance claims. Remain up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory developments affecting agricultural and rural estates. Qualifications: A minimum of 3 years of property adjusting experience, with a prior agricultural experience a massive bonus Some knowledge of rural property management, agricultural operations, and estate valuation would be ideal Analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Great communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in managing multiple assignments and working autonomously.
