About the Role We are in search of a resilient and compassionate Full-Time SEN Teaching Assistant, well-versed in supporting students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, to join our team on a long-term basis. This role offers a competitive daily rate ranging from £85 to £100 per day and is available for an immediate start. Key Skills, Experiences, and Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Previous experience supporting students with SEMH needs in an educational setting.

  • Knowledge of effective strategies for managing and de-escalating challenging behaviours.
  • Relevant qualifications or training in special education or mental health support (e.g., Mental Health First Aid certification).
