South London Partnership are looking for a dynamic South London Careers Hub project support officer who will help deliver our Career Hub programme, across the region, with a focus on our Health and Care Work Experience Project.

You will be organised and solution focused, with strong administrative and project support experience, a team player, with experience of setting up reporting and performance systems, project promotion, comms and marketing, and maintaining strong relationships across the region.This experience can come from a variety of sectors, and we are keen to hear from people with transferable skills, with a focus on strong relationship building skills., employer engagement and stakeholder management.

You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of the South London Careers Hub programme, working closely alongside project staff, to meet the project outputs and outcomes.You will need to have previous project support engagement experience, excellent organisational and planning skills, as well as project delivery experience.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Support the South London Careers Hub with key strategic projects.

Lead the development of project reporting, project plans and project performance for the South London Careers Hub health and care work experience project.

Support with the development of innovative events and activities which will engage local schools and college to raise awareness around the careers and pathways available within the local region.

As the Careers Project Support officer, you will be responsible for supporting the work of the South London Careers Hub on a variety of projects, including our Health and Care work experience project, ensuring that young people across the region are supported in their career pathways .You will build up strong relationships across the region, working with existing networks and forums to build up opportunities for young people in the local region.

South London Partnership (SLP) is a small and dynamic, close-knit team, working across the 5 boroughs of Croydon, Kingston, Merton, Richmond and Sutton.The SLP team focuses on areas where collaboration leads to increased influence, increased powers and funding and better delivery of the services our residents need.
