Do you have experience working a Fleet-Travel and Expense Program Leader? We are currently recruiting for a Fleet-Travel and Expense Program Leader to cover the EMEA based in Amersham. This is a one year maternity cover contract to start in the middle of May 2024. The pay is £20 - £22 per hour with some negotiation available - hybrid working. What will the role involve? Managing all aspects and coordination of fleet related activities for the Nordic countries and the main components of global travel & expense program across the EMEA region. Management of Fleet and internal policies, dealing with enquiries that are related to each program, ensure timely resolution and communicate areas of concern. You will be working with multiple groups such as finance, human resources, external suppliers, and sourcing to propose changes in the processes to maximise the efficiencies of each program and deliver the best user experience. Mange relationships with internal associates and external stake holders. Including our expenses tool company and corporate card providers. Validating credit card applications, monitoring time and attendance card programs, employee enquiries, manage the travel web page Deliver training and technical support for all travellers Managing relationships with all drivers of fleet vehicles and vehicle service providers Maintaining an accurate and timely fleet database, manage fleet insurance, fuel cards, vehicle mileage and leasing agreements. The program leader will serve as the first contact support for all company drivers and travellers. You will offer any required support and advise regarding business travel and technical assistance You will need to develop a good understanding of Internal policies and procedures for all countries within the EMEA region What are we looking for? Previous experience using the mobile expense platform Concour or a similar platform Experience in customer service, project/program management Advanced in the use of Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on data manipulation and analysis within Excel (e.g. Pivot Tables) Be resilient and transparent as sometimes you will be dealing with difficult customers and complaints. Excellent organisational & time management skills Attention to detail and proactive client follow-up approach Ability to develop and maintain business relationships with internal & external customers & suppliers Excellent written and verbal communication skills Commercial experience, including contractual documentation. What else do I need to know? The pay is £20 - £22 per hour with some negotiation available 34 days holiday per year inclusive of statutory holidays Working from Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm, however these hours are flexible. The role is being offered as Hybrid with 3 days in the office in Amersham and 2 days working from home The role is to cover maternity cover for one year The role will start in the middle of May Interested?
