New role for an Account Manager with a proven track record in influencer marketing and PR, based in Bristol, working on a hybrid basis.
Consumer PR agency specialising in delivering impactful campaigns for a diverse range of fun clients. With a focus on influencer marketing and PR, they are at the forefront of shaping brand narratives and driving engagement across various consumer sectors.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager with a proven track record in influencer marketing and PR to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a deep understanding of digital and traditional media landscapes, and the ability to build and nurture relationships with influencers, clients, and media outlets.
Ideally a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, PR, or related roles within an agency environment
Experience of working on fun/consumer accounts.
Instagram, YouTube, TikTok) and measuring their impact.
Strong network of influencer contacts and a demonstrated ability to identify and onboard new talent.
Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and the ability to translate client objectives into innovative campaign concepts.
Proficiency in media monitoring and reporting tools, with the ability to analyse data and provide actionable insights to clients.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Develop and execute strategic influencer marketing campaigns that align with client objectives and target audience demographics.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with influencers, negotiating partnerships and securing endorsements that drive brand visibility and engagement.
Collaborate with clients to develop PR strategies that enhance brand reputation and generate positive media coverage across various channels.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, strategic counsel, and campaign performance insights.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns, from conceptualisation to implementation and reporting.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in influencer marketing and PR to continually optimise campaign effectiveness.
